A footage has emerged from the September 1st Labor Day Picnic of Minnesota Democrats. The Labor Day Picnic at a Minnehaha Falls park was where investigative journalist Laura Loomer confronted Keith Ellison in person with a 2005 police report documenting his physical assault of Amy Alexander, a Democrat activist Ellison had an affair with at the time.

Minnesota citizen protest also took place at the Democrat picnic area. On-site local TV crews filmed both Keith Ellison fleeing from Laura Loomer, as well as the citizen protest but never showed any of that footage to their viewers.

After the protest was over, Keith Ellison returned to the picnic area and spoke alongside other Democrat leaders such as Governor Mark Dayton, Ilhan Omar, and St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter. At one point Keith Ellison goes on a tangent and brings a Union politics</g> narrative into the story known as “The Miracle on the Hudson”.

On January 15, 2009</g> US Airways Flight 1549 took off from LaGuardia Airport headed to Seattle only to have all its engines blown up by a flock of Canada gees minutes into the climb-out. Captian</g> Chesley “Sully” Sullenberger had to make a quick determination whether to attempt to return to LaGuardia or another airport. Instead</g> he chose to land the plane in the Hudson river</g>. The ditching was successful and all 155 on board were saved. A NTSB</g> board member has called the landing “the most successful ditching in aviation history.” Captain Chesley B. Sullenberger III, a former Air Force fighter pilot and safety consultant to NASA, has been recognized widely as the hero primarily responsible for the miracle landing. Known for his humility and down-to-earth approach, Capt. Sullenberger has repeatedly downplayed his role as a hero, even while being louded</g> as one by the media, by former Presidents and the entire country. According to CBS News “Sully became a national hero”. His amazing aviation feat and the investigation following the incidnet</g> became the center of a movie directed by Clint Eastwood, starring Tom Hanks. [Some remarkable photos of the recovered aircraft and part of an interview with Capt. Sully can be seen here.]

But according to Keith Ellison,

“It was Union stewardesses, Union flight attendants who made sure that flight landed safely.”

While the entire Flight 1549 crew contributions have been repeatedly recognized and awared by various groups and organizations, only one extreme left publication has been known to peddle the narrative of the “Union-made” miracle on the Hudson. It looks like Mr. Ellison is fully on board with such extreme politisizing of an event that brought into light the best of America on a that cold January day in 2009.
